On November 20, the Second China-Korea Innovation Competition and the First China-Korea Industrial Design Competition Finals Roadshow, hosted by the Shandong Provincial Government and the Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprises of South Korea and hosted by the Weihai Municipal Government and the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, officially kicked off. After the selection of the Korean Division Qualifiers and the Chinese Division Qualifiers, a total of 50 innovative projects and 30 industrial design results from China and South Korea advanced to the finals.
With the theme of "Joining hands with new cooperation, stimulating new momentum, and creating a new future together", this competition focuses on the fields of intelligent manufacturing, energy conservation and environmental protection, big data, and big health in China and South Korea.
The finals will be held in the form of "10-minute PPT road show + 5-minute defense". The judging panel will use the innovation (enterprise) team's technological innovation points, operability, plan to expand the Chinese market, etc. as the scoring criteria to conduct on-site comments and scores.
Different from last year's competition, this year's competition has been completely upgraded and a China-Korea Industrial Design Competition has been added to encourage design innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises to drive industrial transformation and upgrading. The competition will provide relevant policy support and localization strategies for Korean enterprises to develop in China, promote the integration and complementarity of high-tech industries on both sides, and create a new platform for cooperation between Chinese and Korean enterprises, universities, scientific research institutions, entrepreneurship conservation and technology trading institutions.
